offered by ACSIA Partners, is here to provide you help with your group long term care policy questions, rate increase information, direction on claims submissions, provide free care
giving resources and more.
CNA’s existing plan was closed to new participants on 2/1/16. If associates enrolled prior to the plan closing, you can continue with this plan. New
coverage can be obtained by applying through the Federal Long Term Care Program. Approval for this coverage is based on age at the time of application and is not a guarantee of approval. Details can be found by clicking on the Federal LTC plan tab at the top of this page.
If you have received a letter regarding an increase in premium on your CNA plan, you have the following options:

Keep your policy and pay the premium increases.

Consider lowering your coverage level to make the premiums more affordable.

Drop your coverage or apply for the Federal Long Term Care Program, but be cautioned that you must be approved by the Federal plan’s LTC provider in order to enroll and the premiums are age based. For more details, please refer to the letter you received from CNA or contact CNA directly at (866) 606-4516.
